WoundPro Essentials is committed to providing high-quality wound care and personal care supplies. Due to the nature of medical, sterile, and hygiene-related products, certain restrictions apply to protect the health and safety of our customers.
Medical & Hygiene Products (Important Notice)
For health, safety, and infection control reasons, many medical and hygiene items cannot be returned once opened, used, or unsealed.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund if opened, used, or tampered with:

Wound care supplies

Dressings, bandages, gauze, tapes, and wraps

Medical kits, wound care kits, and first aid kits

Personal care and hygiene products

Any item labeled sterile or intended for skin contact
Eligible Returns (Unopened Items Only)
We accept returns only if:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

The return request is submitted within 7 days of delivery

Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is provided

The return is received in resalable condition
⚠️ Returns that arrive opened, used, or not in resalable condition may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items without original sealed packaging

Clearance or final sale items

Custom items

Bundled kits (unless the full bundle is sealed and returned unused)

Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or improper storage
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

Your order number

Photos of the item(s) and packaging

A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, store credit, or refund, as appropriate.
Refund Processing
If your return is approved:

Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Processing time: 5–10 business days

Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the error was ours
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was due to our error (wrong item, missing item, or damaged upon arrival)

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method

WoundPro Essentials is not responsible for packages lost in transit
No Exchanges
For safety, infection control, and inventory integrity, we do not offer exchanges.
If you need a different product, please place a new order.
Wholesale, Clinical, or Facility Orders
Orders placed by clinics, facilities, organizations, or wholesale customers are final sale, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
